About Me

Holistic Wellness Coach, & Creator of 'THE ROOTED METHOD'

Hey! Hi there! Hi! I'm Antonette Semklo.

 

For years, I chased the version of myself I thought I was supposed to be—doing all the “right” things, yet still feeling like something was missing.

Fitness was a huge part of my identity for over a decade, but if I’m honest, my approach wasn’t always rooted in care. It was often driven by pressure, guilt, and the need to push harder. I treated my body more like something to control than something to truly support.

Everything began to shift when I surrendered that mindset and allowed God to lead. Around the same time, I was navigating health challenges within my own family, especially with my daughter, which led me into a deeper search for answers—not just how to feel better, but why things were happening in the first place.

What started as a personal search for healing became something much more meaningful—it became a calling. This transition into holistic nutrition and wellness didn’t feel forced, but organic—like the next step God had been leading me toward all along.

Now, instead of striving or punishing, I focus on nourishing and restoring my body so I can fully show up as a wife, a mother, and the woman God created me to be.

As a homeschool mama, I’ve built a life and business rooted in that same heart—helping women fuel their bodies, build strength, and renew their health from the inside out, with intention, grace, and purpose.
